1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using BundleForge ("the App"), operated by JRL Software Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of service

BundleForge is a Shopify application that enables merchants to create and manage product bundles. The App provides static bundles, mix-and-match bundles, tiered discount bundles, AI-powered recommendations, post-purchase upsells, and analytics.

3. Account and access

You must have an active Shopify store to use BundleForge. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must not share access with unauthorized parties.

4. Data access and permissions

BundleForge requires access to certain Shopify data to function, including products, variants, orders, and inventory information. By installing the App, you grant us permission to read and write data as required by the App's functionality.

5. Pricing and billing

BundleForge is offered at $19 per month, billed through Shopify's billing system. New installations include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

All billing is handled by Shopify. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice alongside other app charges. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Accuracy and disclaimer

BundleForge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRL Software Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Shopify's Terms of Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's systems or infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  • Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality for other users.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Termination

You may terminate your use of BundleForge at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of BundleForge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
