How to request data deletion

You can request deletion of all data associated with your store in two ways:

Uninstall the app

When you uninstall BundleForge from your Shopify store, we automatically receive a webhook notification from Shopify. Upon receiving this notification, we begin the process of deleting all data associated with your store. Deletion is completed within 30 days of uninstallation.

Email us directly

If you prefer to request data deletion without uninstalling, or if you want to confirm that your data has been deleted after uninstalling, email us at [email protected] with your Shopify store URL. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When data deletion is processed, we remove all data associated with your store, including:

• Bundle configurations, including names, pricing rules, and display settings.
• Product associations and variant mappings linked to your bundles.
• Bundle offers, discounts, and promotion rules.
• Analytics data, including bundle views, add-to-cart events, and conversion metrics.
• App settings and preferences for your store.
• Shopify session and authentication tokens.

Aggregated, anonymised data that cannot be linked back to your store may be retained for internal analytical purposes.
